After a long day on the road they tried to downsize the room I had reserved. I requested a suite and they put us in a single closet! The side door in to the building was not secure. The coffee was cold and stale. Very overpriced for the quality, poor service and cleaning service. They never made the bed all three days we were there. At least we got clean towels.
