The Good: Hotel was newly renovated, clean, comfortable, OK breakfast. The Bad: For their pet policy, I had to sign and initial of a full page of disclaimers, including: "I represent that my pet is petite," "All pets must be contained to guest rooms only," and "Pets must not be left alone in the room during my stay." ALSO, not only did they not assign us a first floor room, but I specifically noted in my reservation that one of us was on crutches and we needed a first floor/accessible room. The hotel gave us a room that was as far from the elevator as possible! And they did not greet us as BringFido guests - I had to mention it. I really appreciate clean, pet-friendly hotels, and there were a lot of dogs there, but hotels should follow their own policies so we know what to expect ahead of time.

The hotel was clean even though they were doing work. The breakfast was just ok. Attention to detail was a little off - not enough toilet paper, no couch as was stated on the website. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.

The rooms are horrible. Beds are falling apart and it smells bad. They are renovating starting on top floor which is closed currently. I’m staying on the bottom floor and it’s bad. Only staying here because we got stuck in a winter storm and no other hotels in area take pets. I have a cat and he was able to sneak under the bed and it’s almost impossible to get him out without pulling the entire bed apart. I wish we didn’t have to stay here. The only good things are awesome water pressure in the shower and nice staff. I wish we chose the Super 8 over this place.

We had to find a place to stay last minute that accepted pets & this place could not have been better! Nice room, good breakfast, friendly staff, and we were all very comfortable.

Nicely appointed hotel; full hot breakfast in nice lounge area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the heat in our room. We told the clerk at the front desk and a maintenance person came to our room within 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes, our heat was working well.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and plenty of room for our fur babies. Would absolutely recommend. It is an older building and could use some updating but for a cross country road trip with your 4-legged friends it was perfect.

Quite we were on the bottom floor easy to go to dog walk. They had a great place for dogs to walk but they did not have any doggie bags or signs to pick up your dogs stuff. And the doggie area was so full of poop you couldn’t walk your dog there. We carry bags with us. Everything else was good beds were very nice and had a breakfast bag to go and coffee.

The room that I was in was a pet friendly room, but, I will say the room smelled of urine, paint was flaking off and honestly could use some fresh paint and new carpet etc. I will say next time I will not be staying there again.
