  Quiet and spacious. It would have been nice to see that other dog owners had cleaned up after their dogs. Maybe if there were bags readily available for that purpose.

  Newly updated and great breakfast

  The hotel was ordinary, but there was lots of space around to walk the dog and the breakfast in the morning was the lift I needed to get going.

  Awesome

  Clean, safe, quiet, updated. Cracker Barrel next door with curbside service. Seriously overall best stay for this single senior woman and her dog - been driving cross country twice a year for ten years.

  Not an ideal stay. There were bugs in the room, a police raid down the hall, and it wasn’t comfortable at all.

  Good stop for one night!

  Right off of the interstate which was nice for travelers doing quick stays! stayed there with my senior dog and it met our needs passing through. Staff was friendly and prompt! The room was clean but had an odd odor.

  If You’re Desperate

  The hotel isn’t great. The rooms are modern-ish but clearly aren’t kept well. We found a couple dead bugs in ours and walking on the floor in socks made the socks filthy. Not really any designated grounds for pets. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was decent. Easy access off the freeway if you’re traveling through.

  Location just off I-40

  The hotel was clean and updated. Room had fridge and microwave in good order. Nice grass areas for pet relief. There was a fee for pets, not too bad though. Rooms were good, bare floors, comfortable beds, decent shower. Mattresses were encased in a cover which I always appreciate. Decent breakfast. I would stay here again.

  Staff friendly, Room was nice with plenty of space for us and our husky. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small.

  Ok place to stay

  There were loud kids next door smoking weed inside the room, but it stunk up the hallway! I understand it’s legal but if you can’t smoke cigarettes you shouldn’t smoke weed. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

  Nice, clean hotel

  We're towing an RV and this was not a good choice for us to park it. The manager came out and helped us find a good spot to park. Staff was nice and hotel was clean. Breakfast was disappointing—not much to choose from. But all in all, a good stay.

  Smooth Sailing

  I loved the courteousness of the front desk clerk, the ample and well-lit space for walking my dog, the cleanness of the room, and the comfortable sleep. Everything we needed for a restful overnight along our journey.

  Room was clean and cool

  The hall smelled of rotten potatoes. I told the young lady @ reception desk. Bed was not comfortable we both woke up with back aches. The breakfast was bad frozen sausage cheese biscuits, waffles, only two apples and coffee.

  Undergoing renovations

  The hotel rooms were being refurbished, although ours had been done. The beds were very comfortable. There was no designated pet area, but there was plenty of grass around. This is a family run business, and they seem to be making a good effort. They said the renovations would be finished next week.

  The new owner has substantially improved the property for humans. New flooring, new paint, and new mattresses already done with more to come. Honestly we thought everything was done and look forward to seeing the new curtains, bed frames and other updates on our next trip. Lots of surrounding well-maintained grassy areas for walking dogs. Friendly staff. The negative reviews during the previous owner’s time should be ignored.

  Hotel is under renovations

  The room was clean, a little outdated. The TV was an issue, you couldn’t change the station, staff took a look but couldn’t fix it. The hotel was renovating the whole 1st floor, so they only had rooms on the second floor, which made it difficult to take our dog outside.

  Looks like it was renovated by the lowest bidder. Its what you'd expect from a hotel at this price point.

Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Guests are separated from staff with a physical barrier.
