    Great hotel!

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious, up to date and spotless. Lots of amenities. The desk clerks were friendly and efficient. My dog and I will definitely be back!

    Presidential suite

We stayed the one night here for a quick weekend get away. The room was pleasant and definitely roomy. The jetted tub was nice to enjoy after a whole day of driving. The shower was little considering it was the presidential suite. Room was comfortable. The bed was soft but not really supportive for those with back pain. I’d return again. Help desk guy was very helpful when our TV wasn’t set up with their direct tv service yet.

    Gross and noisy

This place is really gross. The back entrance is filled with garbage and smells like feral cats use it as a litter box. There’s garbage strewn all over the grass. The bottom floors are just below the parking lot so headlights shine directly into the room aimed at your head in bed at night as cars pull in and out. The drapes are half drapes meaning there’s not enough fabric to close them and block out the headlights. The front desk is staffed by teenagers who haven’t heard of customer service and certainly have no hotel training.

Right in the middle of our check-in the clerk stopped to sort Amazon packages for someone who has been holed up in this place for months. No ability to prioritize nor any instinct for how to deal with customers. It seems to be a local party destination as we had students running up and down our hall all night drinking and shrieking. I feel badly for the housekeeping staff who have to deal with all manner of left behind. However, although our room was listed as ‘cleaned,’ there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, just empty rolls. Overall, a smelly, disruptive and pretty rude experience. Avoid the bottom floor at all costs — even if you have to drag heavy luggage upstairs.

Great location, comfy, our doggo loved it!

Very comfortable had everything we were looking for -- clean, quiet room with a spot for our doggo's travel supplies and toys. This is also super close to freeways, shopping, pretty much everything. Super friendly helpful staff...breakfast had all the delicious essentials and variety...plus fresh coffee available all day in the lobby. Saving this place...we'll definitely stay here again! 👍

    WONDERFUL!!!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Great location for having a pet and the staff is super. Highly recommend staying here. I stayed here for a long dog show weekend and it is only a short 15 min drive to the fairgrounds. Will stay here again for sure!
