I’ve stayed here 5 times at least. It’s my go-to place in Ashland. Clean, comfortable, convenient to downtown (1/2 block walk), decent breakfast, great price and dogs are allowed. I’m never disappointed. Thank you!!

Great little hotel but a little noisy since people walked right past your room. The nice thing was many restaurants in area were dog friendly.

Very dog friendly and an easy walk to everything you need in Ashland. The room was small and a bit dated, but clean and just fine for what we needed. Take the short walk to the restaurants along the creek for dog-friendly outdoor dining.

We enjoyed our visit. Great location to downtown; walking distance to Lithia Park and Japanese gardens as well as dog friendly restaurants. Got a room on the first floor close to the office, pool and breakfast room. Could park close to the room and the property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent room in great condition. Good breakfast included. Good size room. Right next to downtown and everything. Only problem was no convenient spots for dog to go potty.

I was provided with dog treats and two long flat sheets to put on the beds (to contain shedding and wet footprints). Plenty of grass to do the constitutional in morning and evening. I didn’t request or need extra food or water bowls as I had brought my own. Really happy to have a clean and mostly quiet place to stay with my schnauzers in Ashland!

Bards has a number of buildings; the registration building is the oldest. This is where they put people with pets. Air conditioning old and loud.

Definitely one of the best motels we’ve stayed in. Very dog friendly that included a sleep sheet and dog treats for our spoiled dog. The location can’t be beat. It’s just steps away from a lovely park (not pet friendly, but you can walk on the streets around it). Plenty of pet friendly dining options, too. The motel was impeccably clean and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely return when we travel to Ashland.

Bard’s Inn is very pet friendly. Our husky loved the check-in treats. Rooms were nice for our stay. We stayed in a two Queen bedroom suite. Hotel has a great location! Easy, enjoyable walk to Ashland’s downtown for dinner/shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Dog friendly motel type set up ( outside entrance) which made it easy to take our dog out to the nice grassy field on the hill next to the building we were in. Short walk to restaurants. My husband thought the TV was tiny and outdated- hard to use. Room was nice, decent size, nice bathroom . Heating on this cold night was not able to be controlled- the fan was loud and too hot so we turned it off completely. Breakfast would have been nice but it stops at 9:00 or 9:30 and we mistakenly assumed 10:00 like most places.
