The registration clerk was friendly and helpful at check-in. Our 4 legged best friend loved all the grassy areas. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was awesome, plenty of hot water. We only wish our room could have been more soundproof. The hotel breakfast had ample choices, including a waffle maker as well as warm biscuits and gravy! We'd definitely return to Best Western Baker City!

The location was conveniently located off the freeway, allowed dogs, and seemed clean enough. The on-site restaurant was tasty but expensive.

Motel has a bar and restaurant which was good. Room had a window but no screen or way to lock part way open (to air out). Desk clerk said maintenance would be right over to fit. Never showed. Bring your own screen and window lock!

Rude management. Dog poop everywhere and torn up muddy grass in front of room. It was very loud inside and outside the motel. Will not be back.

It was fine as far as bringing our dog goes. And, the staff were all super nice. The room had one of those old fashioned hotel heating/cooling units that either blasts heat or cold - no happy in between. It was chilly outside so we put on the heat, then the room got super hot, so we turned it off. Then the room got cold, so I had to turn it back on. Rinse/repeat all night.

Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Cashless payment is available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
