    Nice staff

Staff was nice. There is a fairly large dog potty zone. Dogs didn't seem interested since it's bare bones (no surviving grass and no mulch) so the rocks close to rear entrance were more popular.

    Room needs deep cleaning

Room was musty from superficial cleaning. Needs carpet shampooing and deep cleaning.

    Old and outdated

Walls were very thin, the floors were very creaky above us, did not sleep well, the bathroom floor was dirty. Not worth the price. We checked out early and did not stay the two nights that we paid for.

The bed was great and the room clean.

The bed was great, and room clean. Breakfast bags were odd and no gluten free options, but we made due. There was a doggy bone and poo bag for our pepper and a nice pet area.

    Great service

Very nice motel, where dogs are special guests. Quiet, comfortable, and clean room made this stay great for our dogs and their humans.

    Water waster

The hotel was clean but we were put on the 1st floor which is 16 steps below grade without an elevator. The toilet was old and a water waster as was the shower. We would stay there again if they fixed the water issue.

    Not A Great Experience

When I arrived I had to yell to get someone to come check me in. The hotel is under construction which is one thing. Since the pandemic is going on, they did not serve a hot breakfast, but gave us a small bag with cookies and a piece of fruit. Our room looked out the back of the hotel right into an unrelated construction site. It had a big light shining right into our window which did not even have a curtain to close. The dog yard was really bad. In the morning I was taking our 2 dogs out and the neighbor opened her door and all 3 of her dogs came charging out at my dogs. Luckily I was able to push one off my little dog and they got their dogs under control. But of course they didn’t apologize. Just overall not a good experience. The hotel is quite some distance from downtown also.

    Comfortable & pet friendly

Called ahead to be sure that they would allow our dog to stay (120# Pit Bull) and they said absolutely!!! They welcomed him and treated him like he was a family member. Highly recommend them if you travel with your dog.

    Average Hotel with Excellent Service

If the only criteria was the service, it would be 5 stars! They were super welcoming, didn't bat an eye at my 3, over 50lb dogs, and they were trying something new: allowing us to leave our dogs unattended provided we could get back to the hotel in less than 30 minutes and we left our cell phone number with the front desk. It was amazing! The hotel itself was in the middle of a remodel and it NEEDS it. They also didn't have all pets in the bottom floor, so we had to listen to a Chihuahua running back and forth at all hours in the room above ours. We didn't complain because we didn't want to move rooms. Still a great stay and we will definitely stay there again.

Perfect for overnight with our Great Dane

Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Our 13 year old Dane was glad to get rest and she enjoyed the dog area. It’s not huge, but it’s definitely big enough for our big girl to toilet in peace.
The breakfast for humans was excellent and had a wonderful variety. I have celiacs and I found breakfast!

    Great little dog yard area..

Eggs in breakfast made from powdered...wonder about the sausage...coffee not too bad...TV router blew out...I think because they are on the electrical supply as the fridge...could have had a towel rack in the bathroom.

    Great Option for One Night

The room was pretty clean, and a great option for just one night. Breakfast was okay. There was a large grassy area in back for taking the dogs out. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no problem with a midnight check-in.

Friendly Inn For Dogs, Good Value

We were very pleased with our one night stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is a good value when one is traveling with a pet. The only downside is that our view from the back of the hotel must have been some sort of a junkyard

    Very Pleasant Experience

Room was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and helpful including things to do. Dog area available for potty. This is our first trip w/a dog so was a great experience with her. Pool/spa area was very warm due to the heat, but otherwise nice. Centrally located and easy parking. Less one 'bone' as area not necessarily scenic, but very safe.

    Good!

The staff was nice, the dog treat bags were great. The location was good. The beds were good. The dog are was a little to dirty. It was s a really good experience, but would have liked it a little cleaner and it was loud on the busy road.
