Where do I begin. From the time we checked in the gentleman at the counter was pleasant, but dressed in a filthy, greasy sweatshirt. The room was terrible. There was no smoke alarm, (I don't think this is legal) there was a hole in the wall where it was supposed to be. The bed sounded like it was falling apart when you sat on it. The furniture and floor were sticky. There were no lamps in the room, the room did not have a closet to hang clothes. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The heater/AC had a horrible smell to the point of almost making me throw up.
There were no pictures on the wall. There was only two plugs and one of them had multiple things plugged into it - the microwave, fridge, TV, cable and coffee pot, can't be safe. If I could give less than 1 I would. We did not stay, we did not ask for a refund, we booked a room across the street at the Quality Inn for the night. The pictures for this hotel is absolutely false advertisement. I have pictures. If you would like to see them I would be happy to share. I would highly recommend not referring this to your customers. It makes BringFido look bad.
