Room was clean. Grass location across street at library. Owners not very friendly. Best thing about the area was the Mexican food down the street. Location in town was not easily accessible. Would not recommend.

The room was fine. I'm glad they allow pets. My 7 a.m. wakeup call came after 9 a.m., which sort of missed the point of having it. The hotel added $30 to my charge which still confuses me.

If I could rate it zero bones, I would. We had to cancel and they charged us full price but there was no warning about cancellation so he lied and said he warned me when I booked it just a few hours earlier. The desk clerk was very rude! He threatened that if I didn’t sign the paper, he had my driver’s license and credit card and “would get me!” He also lied when he said the king room at a premium price was their only room, but there wasn’t one car in the parking lot when we went to cancel.

I was awakened a little after 2 am when the power failed and the smoke detector started beeping every few seconds. The lights and outlets were dead and their phone line was dead. I put my dog on his leash and walked outside to the front lobby door, where no one answered the night bell. It was impossible to sleep or keep my dog quiet due to the smoke detector going off. When I complained the next morning the manager told me the motel was not responsible for any of the problems. They denied my refund request. I don't know if he's unfriendly to everyone or just me or just dog people but I recommend booking elsewhere.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable managers. Plenty of places near to walk to. Worked well for the overnight stop with my Shepherd.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk pointed out some areas that we could take our pup, and the room was clean and just what we needed for a night’s stop. It’s a block or two from the Riverwalk, so it’s an easy walk to a dog-friendly river view. The room was clean and had hardwood floors that were very nice. And the price was very reasonable.

The Travelodge was clean, location great and the manager very helpful. The motel is located just a block from the "river walk" so we had a nice hour long walk along the river. It was fun to see the children ice skating and then return to our nice warm room.

We were given a pet room which apparently means fake wood floor instead of carpeting. I used a paper towel to clean up some food crumbs I spilled and judging by the grime on the paper towel I am guessing they don’t regularly mop the floor. Also, the place was practically empty and they put another traveler in the room right above us. Seriously?
On the positive side, we got a room at the back of the building instead of one on the street. And, it is only a block away from the River Walk which was great for walking our pooch. Also, nice grassy place across the street for potty breaks.
Manager was helpful and nice and he was wearing a mask which I appreciated.
