This quaint ranch style home is located a block from Adam’s State University and within walking distance to downtown. Also just few blocks from locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and the Rio Grande River/walking/bike path. Come explore all that the beautiful San Luis Valley has offer including Great Sand Dunes National Park, hot springs, hiking, biking…one of Colorado’s hidden gem towns without the crowds.
