Rivertide Suites welcomes two dogs up to 80 lbs in designated rooms for an additional fee of $30 per pet, per night. Dogs may not be left unattended. Dogs receive welcome treats and waste bags at check-in. There is a small grassy area for pet relief on the property. Cats are not permitted. Description
Rivertide Suites is located on the Necanicum River across from the Seaside Convention Center, just a short walk to the beach and one block from downtown shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious studios, one and two bedroom suites. All suites have full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies, jetted tubs, pillow top mattresses, 32in flat screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi and internet access. Amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room and complimentary breakfast. The hotel is smoke free and pet friendly.

The property and rooms were great with plenty of space! However, somehow their staff cancelled our reservation on their own. Luckily, we booked through BringFido and with their process they called to confirm and found out. Otherwise, we would have shown up and had no reservation. Because of that, we were overcharged from reinstating the room, it gave us the rates at that time not the better rate I initially booked.
If you're bringing your dog, request the first floor; the entire hotel is dog friendly but the only rooms that are convenient and have access to grass are the ground floor rooms. All other rooms are expected to use a very tiny patch of grass (unless you want to rudely walk about another guest's patio/ yard). Our dog also never received it's "welcome gift" as they promote.
During Covid, there is no housekeeping. We requested additional amenities that were never delivered.
All in all, it was a beautiful location along the river and close enough to town. Small things just added up over our stay but we had a great time & would stay again (without our dog)!! I just would not recommend bringing your pup unless promised a ground floor room with a grass patio.
