We went to Carlisle for a family wedding. The rest of the family stayed at a hotel across the street (also pet-friendly but we needed a place that would let us leave our pups in the room unattended). We had a king room that had plenty of space for us to set up our pets' beds. The hotel was being renovated so the rooms normally reserved for dogs (first floor) we're not available. We were given a 4th floor room directly across from the elevator so it all worked out perfectly. Once off the elevator, it was a few steps to the back door to take the dogs outside.
For the hoomans, the complimentary breakfast offered several different hot and cold options. The muffins, the cheddar omelettes and the biscuits and gravy were all delicious. Also complimentary coffee and tea all day were a nice addition. The decor was nice and we love the newly-installed swirly blue, gray & white carpeting in the lobby & breakfast area. All in all, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and if we are in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Dog friendly rooms are on the first floor with easy access to a back door for potty breaks. With two bigger dogs this makes life much easier not having to go through the lobby/elevator each time! Across the parking lot is a large lawn which was great. The rooms may not be 5 star, but we would definitely stay here with our pups again if we were looking for a hotel in the area!
