The hotel is in need of updating but everything was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn't working when we got in but staff came down and fixed it. He also brought us a back up fan in case A/C failed overnight. And this was around 3am because we arrived very late!

The room was clean and hotel updated. The staff were nice and welcoming, however, the interconnection between the third party booking and the hotel failed. That meant the staff did not know we had a dog and had put us in a no dog room. As they told us they were new employees it was not easily undone and others had to be called on the phone to help. That meant check-in took a lot longer than usual. Also they charge a $75 “incidental” deposit on the room until you check out which was higher than other hotels we have stayed in.
