Love those morning walks! Coffee on the veranda! Fenced in back yard. Close to transportation arteries. Easy floor plan with two eating areas, separate office area. Love the antique decor. Mother-in-law unit allows separation of different family guests. This is a treat to call your home away from home for a few days or several weeks. New flooring, fresh paint and vintage wallpaper. 2-car garage in private fenced in back yard. Plenty of room where photos do not do justice to a step back in time. We are a pet-friendly home with advance notice of the pet’s arrival and an additional pet fee per pet. I reserve veto power for any pet breeds or situations I determine unacceptable. Do not surprise us by bringing a pet without prior approval,

All vehicles should be parked on the paved areas with no parking on grass. Any damage to grass/sprinkler system will be charged against your deposit. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed. No fireworks either. It is a quiet neighborhood and we expect it to remain quiet during your stay. If you notice an abnormality in the water system indicating a leak or air conditioner/heater malfunction IMMEDIATELY notify owner. No delay please.

Smoking allowed: in designated areas. No smoking is allowed under the eaves of home.
