The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, the dog-walking area was mown and (mostly) clean. I like a room with low pile carpeting when I am traveling with my dog so he doesn't skitter across vinyl-laminate flooring and this hotel was perfect!

The Hotel was clean, the rooms fine. But the management is dishonest, unresponsive and rude. I was told in a phone call prior to arrival that the pet fee for our two night stay would be $75 for our two dogs. Upon leaving, I was presented with a bill for $150 - $75 each. When I asked the receptionist about it, and mentioned what I had been told, she said, "Well, that's your word against ours." My 2 phone calls to the manager were never returned.

I had driven over ten hours and both my dog and I had had it! The lovely gentleman at the front desk was so lively and helpful it really made a difference. Very dog friendly with areas to walk and potty your dog. The room was spacious and clean and quiet! I would stay there again!
