    Horrible stay & experience.

I stayed here a few months ago & this was by far the WORST hotel ever. Not even 10 mins in to getting the room they ended up assigning my room to someone who checked in after me. All tho it wasnt the guests fault It was CRAZY to see the door open with two strangers staring in & potentially letting my dog escape (thank God she was eating a bone in the moment). The next 2 days that I was there they programmed my key card incorrectly & my pup & I was locked out each day due to their laziness. By the 4th day someone finally got it right but it was ABSURD that I was locked out of my own room each day all because they didn’t list my check out day properly. The room was cramped & smelled. It had dead flies on the carpet towards the edge of the bed.

They also had a poop station but they had no poop bags and I dont think they took the trash out much.

All in all this was a horrible place to stay especially for it being my bday weekend. Oh, & of course management was horrible!!! I never heard back from them after requesting to speak with them twice !!! I’d stay away if I were you.

    don’t believe the bones!

the room smelled like stale smoke & was visibly dirty. there were several mold stains on the bathroom ceiling & part of the ceiling in the room was peeling off. we literally had to push our dog into the room because he would not go voluntarily. my travel companion wouldn’t walk on the floor without socks. the place is rundown & has a sketchy vibe.

    Good experience

Hotel checkin guy was helpful even though we checked in later in the evening. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfy. TV worked well. Parking was right outside room. We were on the ground floor so really easy to take the dog out. I think the only negative, considering it’s a dog friendly hotel, was no dog poop bin. Had to put any ‘pick up’ in a regular bin. On the plus side a totally 100% no smoking Hotel. A great 3 night stay. Fido enjoyed it too. 😇 Would visit again.
