I booked 3 rooms at this hotel thru BringFido to attend a family wedding. I chose the website because at the time of booking, I didn't have a dog sitter yet (as it turned out I found one, so we did not have the dog with us, thankfully). Because some of us were traveling from Massachusetts, I called the hotel on the day of our scheduled arrival, to confirm for late check in. The woman I spoke to said no problem, as long as we arrived before midnight. We arrived around 11 p.m., and the woman at the desk could not find our reservation, and said they had no rooms. I had with me the printed reservation confirmations, but it did not matter.
My mother in law had arrived earlier, and somehow they found her reservation, so she was already in a second floor room. The elevator had a sign on it, saying it was broken, so she had to climb the stairs. She is 83. The lobby looked like a hospital waiting room. The two staff women I saw were wearing baggy t shirts and sweatpants, without bras They had no suggestions for us, but told us to look for another hotel. There was a hockey tournament, a car show, and at least one other large wedding in town, so we drove around to 5 different hotels nearby, before finding rooms at a Marriott. When we came to pick up my mother in law in the morning, she said her toilet didn't work right, and her tub drain was clogged. The other patrons that we saw looked pretty rough. If I had to guess, it appears this hotel is being used to house homeless families. I am not a finicky customer, but this was ridiculously bad. There were 2 Extended Stay Americas in the same area; this was the one on North Morehall Road (Rt. 29) in Malvern.

It was obvious someone had tried to fix the laminate trim that was held in place by tape. There was glue attached to the floor that no one had bothered to clean up. The stairwells smelled of smoke and the steps looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. Litter all around the property. Bathroom sink was clogged. The place needs repairs and a good cleaning from top to bottom.
