The Space:
Escape to The Breakaway, a newly renovated and professionally designed island retreat on Marco Island’s west side, just minutes from the beach, top restaurants, and local attractions. Step into a modern, stylish escape where every detail is crafted for comfort and relaxation.
Lounge by the sparkling screened-in pool, sip cocktails in the shaded lanai, and fire up the state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen—complete with a grill, pizza oven, and fridge—for unforgettable al fresco dining. -Updated and large chef’s kitchen that is fully stocked with all the supplies and tools you need for gourmet cooking.
-Living room with gas fireplace and 50” TV.
Brand new furniture and decorations all professionally designed.
-Two dining areas, one inside and one outside, both have seating for 8!
BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms have new and super comfortable beds and pillows and high-quality linens
-Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom overlooking the awesome pool with a King bed and an en suite private bathroom
-Bedroom 2: A second roomy bedroom with a King bed
-Bedroom 3: A fun kids room that includes a custom-made Queen over King bunk bed and a beautiful under-the-sea themed mural
BATHROOMS:
2 full bathrooms that are all complete with plush towels; luxury toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, location; hair dryer, toilet paper, Q-tips, among others!
-Bathroom 1: Master bathroom includes walk-in closet, walk-in shower and dual sinks
-Bathroom 2: The second bathroom includes tub with shower and a double sink

Guest Access:
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. There is an electronic keypad on the front door that will provide access to the home. We will send you the code prior to arrival. Guests have private access to the entire home and property.
The Neighborhood:
The Breakaway is located in a residential neighborhood in western Marco Island. It is quiet family neighborhood close to many of Marco Island's best beaches, restaurants and attractions!!
Getting Around:
We are close to the beach, many popular attractions and several wonderful restaurants. However, most guests prefer to have a car during their stay. We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (41.2 miles / 66.3 kilometers) or Punta Gorda Airport (Florida) (69.8 miles / 112.3 kilometers), if possible.
