The Hampton FEE Inn. When we arrived, they started by informing us it was an extra 75$/night for a pet (which both their website, and BringFido confirmed it was per stay) on top of the $140/night to stay. Then it was an additional $25/day to park in their own parking lot; outrageous considering it’s still 10-15 minutes outside of Downtown. The room was musty smelling. The hotel as a whole is run down. Don’t get me started on the lack of breakfast, it was crappy anyways. Definitely not worth the money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. They accommodated my request for an early check-in so I could get my two corgis settled in before my nieces graduation. Also, the doggie relief area is a very small, non grassy area. It worked, but some dogs may be fussy about not having grass to go on. The hotel is located very close to the university of Pittsburgh (0.8 mile) so the area is urban. There are receptacles to place dog waste into in the pet area. I would stay here again.

Close to UPMC and on-site parking made for an easy trip for healthcare needs. The continental breakfast had only a few items. Hotel room was clean.

Hotel was at a great location with easy access from highways. Only reason I only gave three bones was absolutely no grass on property. The only grassy area was across the street, and across from a busy street. But my pooch did great without the grassy area! Would stay again!

Our stay at Pittsburgh Hampton Inn University Center was fine. Both dogs enjoyed it as well as the two of us. The hotel parking lot fronted the main entrance which was very convenient. There is a large vacant lot adjacent to the hotel which was also appreciated. The hotel has a supply dispenser for "doodoo bags" with attached waste basket immediately beside auto entrance ramp to premises. Would definitely stay again! No problems at all concerning dogs. Fifty dollar total ($50) pet fee for entire stay.
