  No elevator, room not well kept. Check-in with pet was however seamless .

  A good place for dog owners

  Nice reception people, clean room, ok breakfast, microwave, refrigerator and room smelled "clean." The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with lots of towels. We will stay there again.

  Great stay!

  Wanted to let you know we had a lovely trip to Somerset PA staying at the Comfort Inn. Beds were great, clean room and bathroom. First floor entrance not far from our room. Breakfast was fantastic! My gosh, we had Belgian waffles, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs. I believe there was even scrapple. The breakfast in our minds was second only to the Best Western, Fredricksburg Va. that we had a few years ago. We stayed there Oct. 23 to 25. No limitation for our dog Jack as far as where he should go. Very nice.

  Nice room, typical hotel

  Very accomodating to my special request to be placed on the ground floor near an exit. A little annoying to have to pay the pet fee onsite at check-in, but other than that, a typical hotel room, nothing special.

  Quiet and convenient

  This hotel is just off the Pennsylvania Turnpike, yet it is quiet for sleeping. This is one of the few hotels on the PA Turnpike that accept large dogs. My 80 pound Golden is comfortable here and there in green space on the hotel property. This hotel is in a small town if you want to take your pup for a nice walk after being in the car for hours.

  Very comforting

  We were greeted by a very friendly front desk personnel. Check in was speedy and we were given a dog friendly room and a dinner recommendation. Our dog-friendly room was in the back of the hotel on the ground floor and there is a convenient entrance there. The recommended restaurant was super and the morning breakfast at comfort inn was one of the best we've experienced. While it's true there is not much grass or walking area for the dog out back, the chill weather made us want to curtail outdoor time anyway. We felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay Our bed was comfortable and we found no defects in the room or its cleanliness.

  Good place to stay but call ahead

  Clean, but they only have designated rooms for dogs. Thankfully they had a room left for our babies when we pulled in at midnight. Clean and a good place to stay with fridge and microwave.
  The only negative was the heavy curtains don’t close and you can see through the sheer curtains, which was concerning on the street level.
