      How is this hotel still in business???

      To say this hotel is reminiscent of Stephen King’s The Shining is an understatement. Do not stay here if your life depends on it. The room was so disgusting we didn’t even enter it. We opened the door, took one look, and got back in our car. Sat in the parking lot to do a Google search, and found another hotel close by. The staff were also incompetent and rude. How this establishment has any clients is a mystery, though it might be due to their highly misleading website copy, suggesting the hotel is a “sanctuary from stress.” More like a sanctuary from civilization. Run 100 miles in the opposite direction!

      The dog and I

      We were in town for a “Celebration of Life.” Hotel is older but the dog and I were treated fine!
