  We appreciated the first floor room by the side entrance! The beds were comfortable. The room smelled like pee. Overall it appeared clean.

  Very satisfactory room

  I needed a pet room with 2 beds, but nice manager informed me they only have king beds on ground floor. My new puppy didn’t know how to use stairs but fortunately they have me a room close to elevator and outside door. The pet area is just an area adjacent to the parking lot. Mostly grass. Poop bag dispenser was empty. The room was clean and generally ok. Breakfast was ok. Close to the highway. Easy on and off. Would stay there agsin

  As expected

  We spent one night in this hotel and it was like expected: clean with wooded floors and some grassy areas for our dog. The employees were great. The only downside is the location: since it’s on a very busy boulevard with no sidewalk, there is no way to walk our pet friend.

  Good experience!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn very much! We had a first floor room next to the exit, which made potty trips quick and easy. There is a nice grassy spot across the parking lot from the hotel that has been equipped for guests with poop bags and a waste basket. It is very clean, well lit at night, and I felt safe taking our dog out by myself. Comfortable beds and a quiet room made the stay perfect. Thank you, Quality Inn!

  Very accommodating!

  We had a room on the first floor right by an exit. Perfect for an overnight. Front desk was very personable!!

  Good location

  Front desk seemed preoccupied and not at all focused on us; could have been friendlier but was not rude. Bed was clean and comfortable, room was just OK. Had some sort of wood flooring instead of carpeting which I prefer when it is a pet room.

  Friendly, organized staff

  When we checked in, both front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. We had an uncarpeted room on the first floor, which was super convenient. There’s a separate entrance that pets can go in so you don’t have to bring them through the reception area, and there’s an outside doggy area with waste bags provided. The room was clean and even though we stayed on New Years Eve, it was quiet.

  Good rooms, helpful staff

  No carpet in rooms was great for stay with my cat. Comfy bed. Great to have side entrance for pet friendly rooms so I didn’t have to walk my talkative cat thru the lobby. Staff super helpful and attentive.

  Cheap, but Clean

  I liked that this hotel the rooms were bare and not carpeted. There was only a small place to let your dogs do its business. Other dogs barked all night long. It was my first time traveling with my dogs this happened. The bed was comfortable. They weren’t serving breakfast because of Covid, but there was a good restaurant across the street.

  As clean and welcoming as usual. Good anti-Covid mesures taken.

  The absence of carpets in the rooms makes this place way more secure than others. Mesures to stop the covid are in place both to protect the clients and the employees. Thumbs up for the team

  Second Visit with our dog

  We stayed at this hotel last week for one evening. It was wonderful to find a place that took us during this awful pandemic. The room was sanitary and clean and the woman that checked me in was in high spirits and very professional!! Our information was already in the computer so check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here each time we travel to see our children!!
