This was our very first experience with a rental vacation home. What a perfect experience. Tammy, the property owner was a delight to deal with. The house was completely stocked with anything you could need. Tammy thoughtfully thought of every thing. There were even dog treats for our dog, Boone. When we are back in Yuma we will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderfully, beautiful, relaxing stay in Yuma!

Adorable Foothills home with everything you need for a short or long term stay. 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home with 3 queen beds, direct tv in each room. Barbecue grill, table and patio seating, full RV hook up with plenty of space to park cars, boats and off road toys. This quiet home is very comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. Sleeps 6 (3 couples). Kitchen is open and bright, equipped with all your essential cooking equipment.
