      Rude staff, nothing is free

      The overall grounds are nice for pets. On check-in I was greeted by a rude desk clerk on her cell phone that ignored me for a few minutes then finally ended her call. After I checked in, I proceeded to pick up a couple items in a bin for the dogs. I was stopped and told that I had to purchase those items. Also you even have pay $3.50 a cup for coffee in the morning. They don’t provide you with anything without a fee. I will be going back to the Homewood Suites down the road where I normally stay.
