An urban destination fee of $45? When I asked what this was, their was no explanation. No water and rooms were dirty. A lot of money for so little. Very disappointing.

Staff wasn’t friendly towards the dogs but we didn’t have an issues with our dog staying at the hotel

What an accomodating staff! Extremely dog friendly within the hotel and even at their restaurant. We will be returning!

.... but poor value. Yes, I know it’s a resort town in summertime after a tough start due to COVID, but $530 for a small king room, plus $100 for our dog, plus a (reduced but still) resort fee when the spa and pool were closed and there were no glasses in the room, seems high.

Wonderful hotel and the location is outstanding. Walk to shopping, cliff walk, mansions and fort. Could not be happier with the accommodations. Very friendly staff.
