  Won’t be staying here again

  Air conditioner unit made excessive noise in the first room we were given but the replacement started making loud noise when the compressor was started, running and when turning off. Too late to look for another hotel so we put up with light sleeping. Carpet was badly stained all over, just not clean. There are better options in the area and we would not booked this hotel again.

  Nice staff but...

  Place is falling apart. No power in some outlets, dangling light bulbs, elevator not working , etc.

  Easy & Quick

  Appreciated this stop on our long journey. Check-in was quick, beds were comfy. The non-smoking room was very smoky. Seems that it was smoked in pretty recently but not sure.

  The location was good, right off the highway. The room was dated, and not as clean as I would expect. The rug was obviously old, and spotted.

  Clean and easy to walk the dog. No refrigerator was a deal breaker.

  What I expected, no more no less. Good dog walking area, although dog rooms are on second floor. Breakfast was poor, so eat elsewhere.

  Clean and modern

  Very good location just off I-95. Stopped here with our Golden Retriever and had a very nice stay. Fairly new hotel and pleasant staff. I’d stay here again.

  Perfect location

  The location is perfect, right off the interstate. Starbucks, gas stations and other 'food' places nearby. The staff was 2/3 positive. The two females upon check-in were cute, polite and friendly. Very nice girls. The young man upon checkout seemed high; he kept asking me what my room number was even though it was written on the room card envelope. He also forgot to assign a room number to the person in front of me checking in. Another issue I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I don't think it was cleaned before I arrived. I really hope I'm wrong about that, but I don't think I am. All in all, I would probably stay there again since it was so convenient, and a great stopping point between Tampa and Washington DC. I may bring my own cleaning supplies next time.

  Older property just off 95. Lots of nearby restaurants. Comfortable room but needed a better cleaning.

  Nice Property

  Our room was large, fresh, and clean. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in this grade of establishment. Scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage links and patties, bagels, bread to toast, waffles, juices coffee, tea, and fruit. An attendant kept it tidy and refilled. Wish the young man at the front desk could have managed a smile when he checked us in or later when I asked where to find ice.

  It was the perfect hotel to stay the night on our way home from Florida. Room was great.

  Close, but no cigar

  Bathroom toilet barely flushed. The bathroom also had no towel rack nor any hooks to hang wet towels. I will say the shower was great. Breakfast area was kind of messy and unkempt. This could have been a nice stay, but stuff like this ruins it. Although the staff was friendly and attentive, I won't book again.

  Pet Friendly and Comfortable

  This hotel was right off 95, convenient for traveling with your dog. Great full service breakfast and gas station right next door. Hotel was clean and updated. Room was spacious for dog. We requested ground floor for easy access in and out with the dog. Staff very sweet and accommodating.
