The dog walk area was full of poop. If they aren’t going to monitor the area to make sure the guests pick up after their pets then the hotel should do it daily.

This was not the first time we have stayed here when driving between NE and Florida and we like it because the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and don't smell. A couple of nice patches of grass for the dog with bags available. The room doors open to the parking lot which we like when traveling with the dog.

We stayed for one night while my husband went to the Darlington raceway. It was hot so we (our dog and I) spent a lot of time in the room. It’s not the fanciest motel but it checked all the boxes. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

This is a great location for access to both I-20 and I-95. The room was a little dated and could have been a little cleaner and more up to date.

Check-in was very smooth, but when we got to the room the toilet and sink were visibly unclean. Quite disgusting. We went back to the front desk, there was no apology for the inconvenience. The person rolled their eyes and said “The room next to yours is available.” It was a quick fix but the second room was also not clean. Just not as disgusting as the first. Will not stay in a Quality Inn again.

I don't even know where to begin. We have an elderly large dog and an elderly owner, and reserved a handicapped room at Quality Inn. On our way there we hit an insane amount of traffic and massive rain storms. At 3pm, when I pulled over for gas, I called Quality Inn to let them know that we were hours behind on our trip and would be checking in around 9-10pm. The girl who answered the phone was unbelievably condescending. She made me feel stupid for calling and replied in a cocky manner that there is always someone there 24/7 to check us in.
I told her that wasn't the point of my call. I simply didn't want them to give away our reserved room. I asked her if she could just run my credit card now and she looked up the room and verified that we had a handicapped room reserved and that we were all set. She said we didn't need to charge the card until we arrived. I continued on my way. I'm driving in massive rain and traffic and a number called twice on my phone. I don't pick up while I'm driving for two reasons. Number one, each state is different and I'm not going to risk a ticket talking on my cell while driving. Number two, I'm using my cell phone for the GPS to find the hotel.
I pull over for gas again at 9pm and I see that the call was from an Andrew from the hotel and he was giving me to 9:05 to call back or he will give the room away. I'm beside myself because I'm driving for 12 hours now with an elderly handicapped passenger and dog. It's the sole reason why I had called at 3pm. I call immediately and Andrew picks up. I beg him not to give my months long reservation away and he lets me know he already did. I'm in utter disbelief. How on Earth do you treat people like this???? I told him that I had called for this very reason and because I can't recall the girl's name, he insinuates that I'm lying and didn't call. I have the call saved in my recent call log on my cell phone with the time stamp!
These employers are the absolute worst. They absolute do not care about the customers at all. They sound young and are very cocky. Never in my life have I experienced such blatant careless attitude from 2 employees of the same business. Absolute worst experience and completely uncalled for. I would've taken full blame for the incident had I not called to ask to check in and to verify that we are still on our way.
Thank goodness for BringFido because we called them right away and they were able to get us another room at midnight!! The rep Kristen was simply amazing. She couldn't believe how we had been treated at Quality Inn. She said she has never heard of a hotel doing such a thing. If you do choose to book here, be prepared with a back up plan if you run late because Quality Inn employees will not help you out at all.

Had an overnight stay with my two medium-large dogs and was so very pleased with room cleanliness, quality of sheets and layout of room (we had a suite). There’s a designated dog walking area in the back that’s small but conveniently located. Pet fee is very reasonable. No welcome bag for me or for the dogs so that’s the primary reason for 4 bones and not 5. Also, the location is excellent with many shopping and food options if needed, and solid dog walking options that are not on a busy street.

The facility was dog friendly which is great. They have a spot in the back for our dog to go to the bathroom plus it has bags in case you forget them. The hotel is only 2 stories tall so it’s easy for our dog to go up and down the outside steps to get to our room. Also all rooms entrances are on the outside of the hotel so no potential awkward situations between two different dogs waiting for an elevator. That’s great for our guy who can get pretty stressed out in those scenarios.

The room was good, the hotel was nice. Being able to pull directly up to the room with the car was an asset. Walking directly outside with our two dogs was great. The area to walk the dogs was very small. The grab and go breakfast needs more options.

We arrived late and left early, so really, we just wanted to clean up and sleep. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower/tub had long, dark hair all over it. And the bathroom floor needed a vacuum (more hair) and a mop. My husband tried to get all the hair out but I was having none of it. We all slept fine. I mentioned the bathroom issue to the nice lady at the desk on our way out.

Ebony sealed the deal. She was so nice and attentive and extremely cautious with our privacy when I checked us in. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The pool was open but we stayed during a storm so didn’t get to use it. Our dog was comfortable and there is a small area for dogs to use which did the trick. There are a ton of places to eat and a mall behind the inn. I would suggest the cleaning crew to invest in a better smelling product. Other than that I was pleased with our last minute stay.

A good place that is very pet friendly. The people were pleasant, the room was very clean, the staff was accommodating, the pet fee was perfect, it was an easy place to get to.

We stayed in a pinch with our pup. It was reasonably priced and close to lots of stores/ dining. Vending machines were broken and just stole your money. The area to walk your dog was a pretty small space and, although bags and trash facilities were available, the ground was scattered with feces. There were lots of noisy guests around us at all hours honking their horns and coming in drunk and loud. The breakfast offerings consisted of water, juice from a dispenser, coffee, yogurt, microwave breakfast sandwiches and cheap generic honey buns as their "grab and go" because of covid restrictions. All of which were in the also in the fridge the night before. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and smelled nice and fresh. The staff was also friendly and welcoming.

Overall stay was good. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room could use a few updates but it was clean. The door is not soundproof, we were woken up by our neighbors leaving at 4 AM.

Room was fine, and there is modest grassy area nearby for pet relief. Quiet during our 1 night. Restaurants nearby. Grab-n-go breakfast offering was lame. Check-in was exceptionally slow, however, as desk seemed confounded checking in person before me.

Not very clean (saw several hairs in the bathroom) but otherwise it wasn't too bad. I loved that it was so close to the grocery store and other fast food restaurants. There's more than enough space to walk the dog.

Hair all over it. I got it late so I slept and left . I saved my shower for when I got home later that day. Will not stay again

Very nice room. Nearby grass area. Decent breakfast - brought back to room per corona virus rule. Dog fee was $20.

The hotel was well situated for I95 travelers, however the room smelled like wet dog and there was hair everywhere. The cleaners clearly hadn't been in to do anything but change the towels. Really disappointing given the good reviews from BringFido.

We have stayed there before and already booked our return stay. It's a really nice hotel in a great location. The staff has always been very friendly and the rooms clean. Our "Fido" also likes it there. Highly recommend the hotel.
