After driving 12 hours, the hotel almost refused our reservation because they told us they only allow ONE DOG in a room and the policy on Fido indicates the hotel allows for 2. We have two dogs so this is something we checked prior to booking. Thank God they made an exception for us or we would have been stranded. But then it got worse.
As we walked into Room #112, we were taken aback by the smell of stale smoke. My wife has asthma so this was a big concern. The room was dirty with collected dog hair all around the walls, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling out, black hairs were in the bathtub and sink. I tried to ease some of my wife’s concerns with the promise of going somewhere to dinner, but then we had to wear clothes wrinkled from our suitcase because the iron was broken. This was NOT a great stay. We endured it reluctantly only because most other dog friendly hotels in the area were booked… or we would have left even at the loss of our current reservation costs. I would highly suggest you take this hotel off of your website.

Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. Only healthy breakfast option was milk that was there for cereal. Very inexpensive however.
