The floor seemed dirty so I dampened a towel and wiped it and the towel was filthy. The bathroom was dirty and the tub was covered in scum. Pets are not allowed to walk into the lobby. Not very pet friendly.

Was okay, not as clean as I would have liked...no tv guide info and a terrible tv remote. At tea for walking our service dog was pitch black at night. Wonderful breakfast offerings and very helpful staff.
