I didn’t feel they did anything differently. We were on the 6th floor away from the elevator. We were not told where we can bring the dog to go to the bathroom or provide us anything special for the dog (i.e. bowl etc). Personally did not feel it was a dog hotel except for them charging me an extra $100 fee.
