The Sandbar Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham welcomes two dogs up to 60 lbs for an additional fee of $40 per night, plus a $50 refundable deposit per stay. Pet-friendly rooms are located in a separate building. There is a pet relief area on the property. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Cats are considered with prior approval from the hotel. We loved being able to sit on the balcony with our coffee and our dog. We had easy beach access and location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. We wish housekeeping would have at least swept up the sand and left more coffee packets, but overall, we loved it!

The people were nice, and breakfast was good as was the rate, but the photo of the hotel was not accurate. It shows the front property that only has 27 rooms and is on the beach; if you have dogs, you are placed in another building across the street in a two-story motel

Everyone there was super nice to my dog. I had no issues with that. It needs some major updating in the rooms and some deep cleaning. My feet were black from walking on the floor after 5 mins of being out of the shower. I got moved to a Suite and that was more of the quality of room I thought I was going to get. It was a lot cleaner but still needed updated and some cleaning done. I think they do just the bare minimum. It’s right across from the beach and the pools are open until 11.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the beach. But it needs renovation and remodeling of the rooms. The carpet had not been cleaned before our coming even if we gave them an hour after check-in time to do whatever was needed.
