Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious location. Close to Kennedy Space Center for an out of this world experience, check out the Kemah board walk, roller coaster + all the attractions and restaurants as well as Galveston Island , lots of fishing and boating within minutes of the house, walk to the nearby lakes on walking and biking paths, there is a bird sanctuary just to the East were you can watch hundreds of birds on their migration , 40 minutes from down town Houston.

There is a None guest maximum for this property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Children are also welcome.

Sorry, party animals. Events are strictly prohibited at this property. Smoking is not allowed.

Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total). $150 fee per stay.

Disclosure there are ring cameras on the front door as well as the back yard. For your privacy there are no cameras in the house. Also a noise aware. No Smoking or Vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Do not Park in the garage! Do not remove bath towels from the property. Please be sure that your number of guest staying matches the number you reserved for. There is an $25 fee per night per person for over 8 guest.
