This place was bad, pet rooms should always be on the first floor. The fragrance they use in the rooms was overpowering, so much so we had to turn on bathroom fan and leave for a few hours. The bathroom was not clean (hair still in the drain, hair stuck to the walls inside the shower). I complained and got 3000 points, lot of good that will do me. I doubt I'll ever go back.
