I unfortunately would not recommend this place. Seedy, poorly maintained. The shower in our room had paint peeling from it. There was a microwave on the sidewalk outside our room. The vending machine in the lobby was broken. Enough said.

Easy to highways, lots of choices for restaurants and stores, gas, etc. Room was fine. Appreciated the tile floor for my dog.

This was fine for a safe overnight stay w our dog traveling from FL to NC. Our room was clean, the furniture outdated but an easy walk to Main St for quick bite to eat. Nature trail behind for safe walk with dog, free breakfast, gas station right there to get us back on the road by 8 am.

This hotel was nice enough when we stayed 2 yrs ago. Pet size limit is now 40 lbs. It is hard traveling with a 75 lb dog. Disappointing.

This is my opinion, and how (my room experience) was:
• Vents are poorly cleaned
• Door was able to close all the way but there was a slightly small crack that was letting in heat
• You can easily get on/off of I-95
• If you need a place to stop with pets this is an option for someone who just wants to sleep overnight.
• If you don’t have a pet with you, I suggest the Days Inn right next door to this hotel.

The room was not clean with soap scum, cobwebs & trash in on the floor and corners. The AC barely worked. I know the hotel can't control who stays but we had people all around us that were loud and hanging out outside our room at all hours. The smell of cigarette smoke was strong. Staff was not very helpful except for two friendly housekeeping ladies. I was extremely uncomfortable.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job of dusting and cleaining corners and baseboards and filters in AC. The carpet left black residue on our feet, grim and built up dirt in the corners, nasty dirt on the bed skirt. So much dust. The only positives were the beds-comfortable, pillows cozy and towels fluffy. The room smelled clean, the AC did not take the humidity out of the air if anything it added to it in the room. The staff was friendly thought they were giving us 5 bone service, however the room cleanliness on surface looked ok but upon further use NO.

Perfect for an overnight on a roadtrip with dogs! Needs a little updating but the front desk staff were super friendly and took the proper covid precautions.
