I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times with my dog over the last three years. It is easy to get to from the highway, a gas/convenience store is next door. There is a very large green space that is great for walking and off leash play. The rooms are satisfactory but are showing wear and tear.

The staff at the front desk was kind enough to switch our room from 2nd floor to ground floor so that our senior dog didn't have to manage the stairs. This was very thoughtful and kind. We will be staying there again in the future.

Breakfast was limited and staff overwhelmed with number of guests. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was not very helpful. There are only stairs and no elevator and it was difficult carrying the crate and baggage to the second level where we got rooms assigned despite calling a week before to request first level rooms.

Stayed here on a cross country trip. Chose to stay at another hotel on the return trip. Room was spacious but one of the beds smelled like urine. Dog smelled some areas on the floor. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Parking in this small lot was a bit of a nightmare. Lots of trailers and not enough space. Breakfast was a full breakfast even in COVID times which was a pleasant surprise. Not a lot of green space for the dog to do business.

Pretty decent sized room, has carpet. We were able to be on the first floor which was nice. We used a side door to take dogs out. Allows two dogs, including large ones. They charge $10 and tax. Kind of loud with the interstate to one side and a bust road with semis on the other but you can't hear it from your room. Plenty of parking. They have a hot breakfast with pastries, juices, coffee, cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausages, eggs, bagels. Bathroom is good sized, has handrail for tub/shower. The water is boiling, you will burn yourself if you are not careful. Water pressure is ok. Thermostat for AC not totally accurate.

Driving across the plains is tiring, even at 80 mph. Bono’s is a much appreciated oasis for travelers and their dogs. Fresh, clean, and comfortable.

Room had awkward layout but was clean. Grass had a good bit of litter and no bags, but worked. Lots of options for breakfast (for covid time) though we left before it was ready.

WE enjoyed our stay here. We got 2 rooms because we had 4 pets but they were side by side and it was very easy for us to access back and forth with the rest of our family. Lots of space for the dogs to potty. It was very calm and quiet while we were there and if we go back through we would definitely choose to stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.
