This place was disappointing on so many levels. Checking in took forever even though we booked and prepaid. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived around 5pm and no bell to ring for assistance. When the front desk clerk finally showed up and pulled up our reservation she kept mumbling about problems with the reservation and how another staff member entered it incorrectly. She finally straightened it out. Our suite was at the opposite end of the one and only entrance and very far from the designated dog potty area. The shower head was broken.
Our suite was missing the couch—the woman who checked us in made it sound like we had a table instead; there was a small table but it wasn’t in place of a couch, the couch was clearly missing. There was a bright spotlight outside the window that was lighting the exterior of the building. It was shining right at our window all night long! I don’t have super high standards when staying at pet friendly hotels. As long as it’s clean and covers the basics I’m usually fine. But this place was terrible. And it wasn’t cheap! I would recommend choosing another hotel even if it costs a little more.

Room was NOT clean. Dead bug smeared on the wall, floors were filthy, toilet had dried urine on it and there were so many stains on the couch. Pass on this one.

Room smelled like pee and the entire wall behind the beds was a mirror. No lamp on the nightstand. Instead, there was a soffit with a fluorescent light behind it. Kinda freaky. Other than that, clean and quiet.

Stayed at this hotel twice? 1st time was okay, place was mostly clean and had no issues. Fast forward 2 years later, showed up and checked in. First room they gave us was not service at all. Sheets were not made and the previous guests trash was still on countertops and tabletops. The reprogrammed my card for a different room. The second room had guests in it and I had to apologize for walking in on them. They were booked out. We end up having to pay a premium at another hotel 10 min west of it as it was a busy weekend. Never again will I stay with this hotel and maybe not a Wyndham again.

We stayed for 2 nights in a queen room on the 2nd floor. It was smaller than an average hotel room, but big enough for us and our 2 pups. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and we did not hear any noises from other hotel guests and their dogs. There are 2 grassy dog areas.(one is actually part of another hotel) Our room was located at the end of the hall near the stair well. That was great. However, once you go out the side door, it locked and would not unlock with a room key, even during the day. This was a bit frustrating as we then had to walk all the way around to the lobby in order to get back into the hotel.
They have an indoor pool and a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi had no water in it. The free breakfast is very basic. If you're a hearty breakfast person, this will not fit the bill! The attendant was helpful, but she just wasn't very pleasant. A few individuals walked into the dining area without shoes and she was very rude when she told them they had to be wearing shoes. I understand enforcing the rules, but she did not have to be so nasty about it! She gave the impression that she wasn't happy to be there. Extended hours for breakfast on the weekends would have been appreciated. 9:30am end time on the weekend is a tad bit early in my opinion.
The evening clerk who checked us in was pleasant. Other than him, the rest of the front desk clerks were emotionless! Not rude, but definitely gave the impression they would rather not be there! Same thing with the room attendants.
They really need to consider moving the smoking area away from the front entrance! It's no joy having to walk through that obnoxious smoke cloud! I guess it's there so that the employees who do smoke can be in view of the front desk when they go out for a smoke.

Not the most high end hotel, but you get what you pay for! Room was fine and we were right by the stairs so it was easy to let the dog in and out. There is plenty of green space for the dogs. The only thing I will say is that we reserved a non-smoking room and the room we got smelled a bit like cigarettes when we first walked in.

No complaints about the room and check-in staff. It was a very comfortable, clean and spacious room. Yet we most likely will not stay here again because surroundings did not provide welcoming walking spaces for our active dog child.

I stayed here a month prior and was given a single king bed suite instead of 2 queens like I reserved. It annoyed me, but the room was clean so I booked again and made sure to let them know ahead of time that I wanted 2 queen beds. The room I was given was completely disgusting. I took photos and showed the manager in the morning. She immediately gave me a 50% refund which was about 50% less than I deserved. Would never stay there again!

That’s about the best thing I can say about the hotel. It’s in dire need of a renovation and looks almost nothing like the photos. Rooms are beat up and missing things- no clock in one of our rooms. It’s general clean, but only just barely. The staff is nice but you get the sense they would rather be anywhere else but there. Would only stay at if you had no other opinions really
