  What a beautiful hotel. The bed is the most comfortable I felt in the last six months travelling through the states. Staff was amazing.

  What a wonderful spot. We had a very large bedroom and a lovely living room. Our dog was thrilled and we were able to walk to a great spot for dinner where she was totally welcomed outside. Great visit!!

  Perfect stay

  This was awesome. Our room had an additional door right out to the patio area. I don’t let my hound urinate on lawn grass as it can be pretty potent, but there was a walking path along the river right next behind the hotel making it absolutely perfect. If I’m ever in Sioux Falls with my dog again, I’ll definitely stay here again.

  Exceeded Expectations!

  We were VERY impressed with the hotel! Our room was on the first floor, with one of the two exit door leading directly outside. The rooms with exit doors to the courtyard may be convenient, but our room was so much better. We could still walk to the courtyard and the huge field behind the hotel. Our room was exceptionally large, the beds super comfortable. The handicapped rooms are very practical if your dog(s) need a quick rinse of their undercarriage, or even a full bath. We got locked out of our room by accident and staff was very nice while taking care of the issue. In the meantime we enjoyed dinner in front of the fireplace in the common area, with our dogs chilling under the table. I wish we would have a pet friendly hotel like that in our area and would give 10 bones if I could!

  High class hotel

  Great hotel with very nice rooms. Grand lobby and sitting areas. Lots of space for dog walking and the paved trail along the river was a nice bonus.

  We were passing through on a cross country trip and spent a night here! Really nice hotel, clean and very pet friendly. A lot of space for dog potty and walks, bags and trash in the walking area as well. I felt safe enough taking the dogs out at night as it was well lit. We booked last minute and got a second floor room- both elevator and stairs available. My dogs did ok with the elevator. Cute little water park is great for younger kids. My 3, 7 and 10 year olds enjoyed it very much!

  Everyone we can in contact was so nice! It was so convenient to have a path right behind the hotel to take your dog for a walk. A decent amount of restaurants in the area as well. Would come back!

  Super dog friendly!

  Friendly, dog-loving staff. Our room had a second door which opened to a courtyard for taking her out. Very convenient! Also, lots of outdoor seating. Property abuts a beautiful hike/bike trail, too. We wish we could have stayed longer!!!

  2 Great stays!

  Stayed here twice in four weeks. The first was on our way out west and the second on our way back east. A fantastic place. Great people, great room, great price, great place to walk the dog. Will stay again when we are in the area. Friendly staff, great room and plenty of space to walk the dog. Would/will stay again when in the area.

  Everything was great. Hotel is beautiful, grounds were beautiful, location was convenient to everything. Huge green areas for the dog. Loved having hallway and exterior entrance to the room on the ground floor. Hotel connected to Johnny Carino's restaurant, which is so convenient!! Meal was great and reasonable. Room was across the hall from the pool area, but still could not hear noise, great soundproofing. This was our second stay at a Clubhouse property, and highly recommend their properties. Wish there were more of them across the country. We were on the road for 3 weeks, and the Clubhouse properties ranked first and second overall. Oh yeah, breakfast was also better than normal as well. Stay at Clubhouse whenever you get the chance, great value.

  Awesome spot

  We choose this based on strength of other reviews and it was indeed a great place for dogs to stay. Bonus on 4th of July was fireworks out back. Pool is very much for kids, not adults really.

  Great place to stay

  Best place we have stayed on the road. Room was large and well appointed. Great pet area with lots of running room. Laundry services were an added benefit. Pool was great for kids and adults. Good breakfast. Restaurant attached and great coffee place across the parking lot. You wouldn’t be disappointed with your stay.

  Best place to stay if you have dogs. Great rooms, friendly staff, walking/exercise area right outside the back door. Restaurants nearby. Will certainly stay here again.

  Awesome Hotel!

  This hotel was great! The hot tub and pool (which has slides) were open and they also had a hot breakfast in the morning. Our 1st floor room had a hallway entrance and outside entrance so we could take the dogs right outside without having to walk through the hotel. There is also a huge walking path right behind the hotel which is a great exercise spot to walk your dogs.

  Superb!!

  Stayed here on our way home, the hotel is beautiful and very pet friendly. Our room had a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Our pup loved it here, she lived looking out the window and there is a nice walking path which hugs the property so she had a couple of nice long walks. The staff were super friendly and an extra for us was that they had a restaurant on site and we were able to order room service. By far, this is the nicest hotel we have stayed at. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Great room location!

  My staffy and I traveled across the country and stayed here for one night. The room location was great; it had an outside door, which made it easy for potty trips, even though the designated pet area was around the building.

  Very nice bed. Seems like most places that are pet friendly have lumpy old beds. These are fantastic and the yard is huge. They even have bags for poops. We stayed here two years in a row on an annual road trip, and it will be our stop again next year.
