    Quiet Room

    Room was comfortable and quiet.

    Very unhelpful staff

    Would not help me find out if their rooms are disinfected with fragranced cleaning products. I told her my dog and I have severe asthma. Very rude woman working at the desk tonight. Did not care at all. For $120 a night, that is more than ridiculous to not inquire for us.

    Room was very acceptable

    The room was spacious and had no carpet which is a plus with dogs. Everyone had a comfy place to lay and sleep soundly.

    Adequate, but not great

    We stayed for one night on our drive from New Orleans to NY. The hotel served our purpose. It was convenient to the highway, low dog fee, and good price. The room was comfortable. I would not stay here for any other reason.

    Great place to stay

    The room was very large and comfortable. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

    We stayed here for one night. We would have left, had it not been 1am, and needed sleep to continue on our drive. Front desk staff was nice. Hotel room was unbelievably dirty, and smelt like cigarette & marijuana smoke. There were plastic bags covering both smoke detectors in the room!! Thankfully we had our own blanket to lay over the bed and sleep on top of, who knows the last time the sheets were laundered, they smelt like perfume and had hair on the pillowcases. One of the worst 5 hours I have ever experienced.

    Mid renovation

    Reception was great. Room has bug hole in bathroom door where handle and lock should have been, no privacy in bath and door roughed so wouldn’t close. No ceiling fixture, just wires. Stairwell filthy with cigarette butts and toilet paper.

    Not good

    The gal at the front desk wouldn’t get off her cell phone and kept telling me there were no rooms available. I told her I had a reservation. While still on the phone she insisted there were no rooms to be had. I told her I had a paid reservation. She finally put her phone down and handed me a room key. Only someone was in that room. Shouldn’t she have know this? Sent hubby down and he came back with another key and it was a nice room. Why she kept saying there were no rooms is beyond me. Did she just want to keep talking on her phone and wanted us to go away? Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will never stay there again.

    Several issues

    This La Quinta is below par. The dog poop trash was overflowing and there were no poop bags. Three lotions were supplied no shampoo or conditioner. There was no hand sanitizer in the lobby or the breakfast area.

    Chattanooga Overnight

    We stayed one night passing through. The hotel is currently remodeling- staff very nice, nice breakfast, clean, large suite room, very convenient location near the highway and numerous restaurants. Will make this our go-to stop when traveling from FL to OH.

    Clogged toilet - who should fix it?

    Horrendous - check in people didn’t care at all. This was a property takeover - not originally a La Quinta… and in bad need of a make over to bring it up to brand standards. From holes in the walls, a few patched and painted but pain was also on the floor to a clogged toilet when we arrived and the front desk guy offered me a plunger but I could leave it in the room and house keeping would return it. I didn’t clog it - it was a sign of a poorly cleaned room.

    Friendly staff. Room wasn’t very clean. Smelled like cat urine. Couldn’t wait to leave.

    We had to stay here after a flood at our place and we found it to be very nice and very dog friendly. We would definitely recommend it to others.

    Nice Lodging and Pet Friendly

    We will definitely stay at LaQuinta again if we go back to Chattanooga. The suite was reasonably priced and there was plenty of room for the large dog crate we brought. We had a positive experience there with our big puppy.

    Beautiful spot

    Hotel is clean, walking distance to several restaurants, great buffet breakfast, very friendly staff and perfect for our puppy.
