Got locked out of our room at 5am. Took our dogs out for bathroom break and then couldn't get back in. Had to go to front desk and get new cards. Ridiculous that this still happens. Would've given 5 bones if not for that.

I loved that every room was immediately accessible from the outside, which was so convenient when needing to take the doggies out to potty. There is no elevator for the second floor. So if you have dogs that cannot walk stairs or be carried up them, you need to make sure you get a room on the first floor.
The breakfast buffet was amazing. Puts my current hotel to shame! The room was spacious to allow our two huskies to spread out and not feel like we were going to trip over them. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Otherwise, I would have given five bones. Room delivered on all requirements. High summer temperatures and window unit air conditioners lead to damp rooms and carpets but that’s acceptable because the room is cool. When we arrived at the breakfast buffet all the dishes needed refill (which later happened). The staff were friendly and attentive. I would probably stay there again if passing through Clarksville.

Love that the hotel has your own door to your room when traveling with my little Shih Tzus. The hotel lobby is nice and the restaurant. The rooms however are in need of updates. The bathtub does not plug so you cannot use it. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Caulk on the ceilings and in the bathroom moldy. Carpet needs replaced. I get it is a pet-friendly room but I still expect quality.

This location is great for dogs with the exterior doors and land around the hotel. Super friendly staff with free breakfast, Wi-Fi, and room service. I gave it 4 bones due to the motel being very dated and the AC units leak on the exterior carpet. They were super busy and the price was right.

Outdoor access to all rooms and easy to find grassy areas is a plus but rooms right off busy and loud traffic corner kept all of us awake through the night. Though free breakfast was included you were not allowed to take anything to your room. We never leave our little pups alone in the room, and if the hotel had noted their free breakfast was only accessible in the dining room area, we might have looked for another place to stay. If we had known about the heavy and loud traffic noise for dog-stay rooms, we would not have chosen this hotel, especially after traveling 3 days.

We stopped here on our way through and the room was clean and warm. There isn’t an elevator so make sure you don’t need one if you are on the second floor. Dinner in the bar/restaurant was good since it was convenient. Nothing fancy but was good. There are a few areas to walk your dog. I felt safe as well. Also this is a motel so all rooms open to the outside. Some to parking lot and some to a courtyard. Would certainly stay there again with my big boy.

This hotel is nice, clean, and I felt safe. The room had a door that opened to a courtyard, other rooms had doors that opened to the parking lot. There is a $25 dog fee. The free breakfast wasn’t typical, it was more restaurant buffet and really nice. The restaurant was open when we got in the night before, the food was okay but really convenient not to have to leave the hotel to eat dinner.

We pulled in after 12 hours on the road based on these reviews and it didn’t disappoint. And I’m a little picky. We had our boxer so naturally we had to be in dog friendly place. The facility is an old Holiday Inn that back in its glory was probably quite the place. I loved the old school charm of that. The rooms were very clean and beds and bedding comfy. Lots of restaurants surrounding. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the staff so friendly and kind. I would and will absolutely stay here again when traveling through.

This Quality Inn lived up to its name. The young man at registration was pleasant, professional, and welcoming, as was the restaurant staff. All staff were courteous, accommodating, and pleasant. It was clean, relaxing, and a good-sized, updated, nicely-appointed room. There was plenty of room between the two queens for the dog’s bed. We were on the 1st floor courtyard side in a handicap-accessible room. The courtyard was pretty and made it very convenient to access the pool, lobby, workout room, and restaurant. The pool/spa area was lovely. All areas were clean, attractive and inviting. The dining room was decent and food was good and very reasonably-priced. So nice to walk, not drive for dinner after a day on the road! Great breakfast buffet, free as Choice members, which I didn’t even know I was. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, and continental options. Wow! Beds were great, linens were good quality and newer. This place was head and shoulders above any other travel hotel I have stayed at. Conveniently near to highway. Luna, our mini-goldendoodle was quite pleased too, and instantly relaxed. She especially enjoyed her doggie bag containing left-over prime rib and ribeye steak from dinner, and a piece of bacon from breakfast!!! I could have stayed another night just to hang out and relax, but we had to move on. I will definitely stay here again next time we travel this route!

This hotel is a great price. The pet fee is reasonable. Check-in was easy and fast. Sometimes budget friendly hotels don't attract the best clientele. I felt safe and was able to sleep well. The cherry on top was the breakfast buffet.

Booked this hotel with BringFido, check-in was quick and easy. Had a pet friendly room on the ground floor. The rooms are accessible from the outside, so no need to bring the dog through the lobby. Clean, spacious room and a quiet night. I would definitely stay here again with our dog.

The room was on the second floor, around the corner and down the hall - traveling by myself with a cat and dog, that's a lot of trips back and forth, but they had someone to help me at check-in. Not at check-out though. Was hung up on twice trying to reach the restaurant to place an order, but they delivered to the room and were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bottom covering of one of the box springs was torn and missing in spots, and my cat crawled into it. Had to have housekeeping lift mattress and box springs in the morning to get him out. The grass was badly in need of cutting so my dogs feet and my shoes were drenched from walking him, but there was plenty of room for walking. I'd stay again, but I'd request a ground floor room and figure out a way to block off the undersides of the bed. Still giving it a four because the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

This was a good location and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was being put on the 2nd floor with two older dogs. My dogs were tired from riding in the car and had a hard time managing all the steps to the 2nd floor. If I stayed here again, I would request a first floor room.

Very nice pet friendly place to stay. Motel has a restaurant and a bar. In the morning, a hostess seats you and brings you your coffee and then you help yourself to the fabulous breakfast buffet. There’s no excuse to leave hungry. I particularly enjoyed the courtyard in the center where one can walk their dogs. It was so much safer than walking them around the outside perimeter of a motel. The beds and pillows were very comfy

Very nice hotel. Upon check in I found out I was being charged for two rooms instead of one. The reason this happened was I lost internet while driving thru the mountains. The receptionist was very helpful and told me to call Fido and let them know about it. Ask them to call in the morning and talk to the manager so she can fix it. I did just that and everything was taken care of. The receptionist upgraded our room which was great!! Their free breakfast was wonderful and they even had staff to wait on you if you wanted coffee, tea, etc and they checked to see if everything was ok. This is such a plus. The only reason I gave them 4 stars because I was changed $25 for our dog. Great place to stay

We have stayed in other locations in Clarskville and I was very pleased with the location, we were close to shopping and resturaunts and a short drive to Nashville. Easy access to the rooms, we were right by the stairs so easy to get out to take the dog outside.

Very welcoming and friendly to all members of the family. Nice grassy area for walking. Restaurants near the hotel. Nice clean room with very comfortable beds. Would stay here again!
