      Very mixed stay

      It’s a nice hotel in principle but there were lots of little glitches. We were given a room on the highest floor, furthest from the elevator. Not great for a pet. Hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance, such as smudges and dirt on inside elevators, some small cracks on the lobby floor, a broken ice machine, etc. Room had only one sink in bathroom. For $300 including $75 per fee they should do better.

      10/10 Recommended!

      This was by far the cleanest, most welcoming dog-friendly hotel we have ever stayed at! The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was beyond clean and the bed was so comfortable! Our son really enjoyed the heated indoor pool. There was plenty of space for our 2 dogs, a Beagle and a Labrador Retriever, to do their business outside in the clean, well-lit pet areas. Zero complaints here and we will definitely be returning customers if we're ever back in the area.

      Location was off a loud interstate

      The room had an odor, like cat urine. Definitely needed some upgrades, HVAC system, carpet. I feel when we stay with pets, we are given rooms that are substandard. And we pay the extra fees for our pets, and have to abide by all the extra rules/regulations. Just disappointing.
