Very mixed stay
Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville South Cool SpringsIt’s a nice hotel in principle but there were lots of little glitches. We were given a room on the highest floor, furthest from the elevator. Not great for a pet. Hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance, such as smudges and dirt on inside elevators, some small cracks on the lobby floor, a broken ice machine, etc. Room had only one sink in bathroom. For $300 including $75 per fee they should do better.
Gas leak at midnight
Drury Inn & Suites Louisville NorthLethal fumes filled room 105 causing my husband and I discomfort and coughing to breathe. Calling frantically to the front desk I was assured that no such gas spewing truck existed ten feet from my room which I could see from my window. On a second call, the young man at the desk sheepishly agreed that he smelled fumes and had gone outside to talk to the loud truckers. They said they would be finished soon. The level of toxic gas was incredible and we were offered to change rooms while our dog was sleeping and we were woken in pjs. No thanks. We want a refund and an apology for what must be illegal. Thanks. I am sure the other things at the hotel were great but I was happy to get out alive.
Nice hotel; decent value
Staybridge Suites Chattanooga at Hamilton Place an IHG HotelBut there few areas for dogs to do their business. Small strips of dirt and some debris.
