Room was clean, but needs an update. The room was also very small. No pet fee was a plus. Office staff was very friendly.

Well, the location was convenient, but the old saying you get what you pay for holds true here! Very dirty. The floors were black, dirt on walls, very grimy place. Our room smelled strong of cigarette smoke as well. Slept on top of bed because the room was small and gross. Sadly, we were on a very tight budget and traveling for a family emergency so it just had to do. Some small patches of grass for pups and they didn’t charge extra for pets to stay. That is the only plus to this and only reason its two bones.

The room was ok. Much smaller than anticipated. Once we had our suitcases in the room there was almost no room to walk around. Also the sink didn’t drain, which was disgusting.

Clean rooms, close to plenty of food options within walking distance and the hotel staff was welcoming to our boys (two pit mixes) giving them pets and attention.

First room we were assigned to was on second floor with outside stairway. Once inside unit we turned around and left due to strong odor of marijuana. Had specifically asked for nonsmoking room. The clerk was very accommodating however and gave us a “deluxe” room for same price on first floor. It was clean and although this is an old building the room had been updated and was fairly nice. Upon our arrival the office door was locked and an older man who was outside said the clerk would be back shortly. We decided to wait in our car due to a couple of men hanging around the entrance. There is a lot of grassy areas to walk your dogs and their is no additional charge for pets which is nice.

Went above and beyond my expectations. The room we used was clean and comfortable for a couple and 3 dogs. Would definitely use the Red Roof Inn when needing a place to crash in a pinch. BringFido operators also made it very simple to book with them as well. Keep up the excellent customer service!

We stopped for the night on a multiple day trip. The rooms are nice and clean and for the price can't be beat. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a ton of green space to walk the pup!

We got here and there were several cops handling some sort of domestic issue from what I gathered but it was starting to break up so we decided to go into the room and just see if we felt it would be safe to stay. Upon entering there was a strong musty odor. We continued to check out the room but when we saw black mold in the shower we were not staying. When we asked for a refund the girl at the counter didn’t even hesitate as if this was a normal occurrence.
