Quality Inn in Jackson Tennessee is definitely very tired and outdated inn. Room was very sticky and majority of guests and area very sketchy. I am positive we will never book a night again. I traveled with my son and we looked specifically for a hotel with a pool. Pool was closed end very dirty, so my son was very disappointed. Bathroom in the room just super gross and dirty, we didn’t even shower. Horrible. Definitely never again. Not recommend.

Quite possibly the worst hotel/motel we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely does Not deserve the rating on this website!! I guess it's under construction and renovation, so you might want to give it a year or 5. Very disappointed.

We had a nice stay, the front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful, and there was clean grass nearby for our dog. We were very pleased.

Someone should throw this place a bone. I really won't trust Fido again. First of all they charge $20 per dog & they do not even have doggie bag poop stations available anywhere. Secondly, there were seedy people around the place smoking on the balconies. All doors were wide opened on the staircases with no security in place. Anyone could walk right in. The front desk said they close them at night, big deal, burglars do not work only at night. I was scared to walk my dogs at any time. The staircases were dirty with cigarette butts everywhere.
I was very unhappy with the stale smelling room. Do not stay here. I was shocked that it was given 5 bones by anyone. - SusanSep 22, 2020Nice, clean and comfortable
After driving 9 hours it was nice to check in with our dogs and find a clean, comfortable room! The grounds are nice with plenty of outdoor space to walk the dogs.

clean enough, first floor leads right out to grass and additional grassy area to walk our dog. friendly front desk. Close to restaurants and gas stations for a quick night stay on the road.
