Not quite 5 bones due to small things here and there (broken remote, paw print stain on white sheets, other dogs barking). This hotel was completely adequate. Vinyl flooring was a very nice touch for a pet friendly room! You can hear every door shut, and the side door leading outside didn’t actually lock so anyone could have come in. It was fine for two nights though, I felt safe. Front desk was very nice. The breakfast was super lackluster though, and gone before 9am.

The staff very friendly. Only negative thing is that they were renovating the kitchen area so breakfast was offered at the front desk. Temporary inconvenience for permanent improvement I guess.

We enjoyed both our days at Sleep Inn in Kingsport, TN. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The reception staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast was very nice, and a definite step up from the frequent continental-style breakfasts served at many other locations. The only negative I would mention is the $30 per pet per night fee. I think it is a bit steep especially considering our girl Gracie is only 10 lbs and never causes any extra work for housekeeping.

We stopped as an overnight and found the hotel met all our needs. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. You can tell there had been recent renovations to an older building but it was nice. There's plenty of areas to walk the fur babies and even a large parking area if you are hauling a camper or trailer. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was satisfying. We would stay here again.

It's a budget hotel, the furnishings were decent. Two things....I had signed up for a king suite to give the dog some room, it was one of the rooms that appeared here on Bring Fido as available. They bumped me back down to a regular king room saying that the suites weren't dog approved.
More of an annoyance was the ant issue. The room had tiny ants by the bed side table, so any food or drink left there had to be watched and covered.
I'll try to find another place when in the area.

The Sleep Inn & Suites is super close to the interstate and easily accessible. It is off to itself and does not have an eating option on its side of the road. The room was okay but nothing fancy. The bathroom was the real issue. The bathroom has a pocket door and the shower is really dark to almost creepy. The bedding was beautiful and the artwork on the walls was nice. The Sleep Inn & Suites is okay for a single night stay but I would not stay longer. The employees were very nice and took our dog into account when assigning a room for easy exit access for potty breaks.
