This wheelchair accessible hotel offers a swimming pool, a fitness center, free breakfast, golf course, hot tub, free high-speed Internet access, 24-hour front desk, am/fm alarm clock, adjoining rooms, air conditioning, laundry service, a business center meeting rooms, and bus parking. I would give this place a -5 bones if I could.
When we booked our 4 night stay, we told them that we will have a small dog with us & that we are hurricane evacuees. We were early to knoxville, so we stopped to see if we could check in early. That was at 1 pm. We were adamently & then rudely told that we absolutely could not check in before 3pm. Room was ok, tub looked horrible. The last night of our stay, we received a call from the front desk about 330pm. They asked if we had a dog with us and we said yes. They then said they needed to see us at the front desk. We were then informed that we did not tell them we had a dog with when we checked in & said that we owed them a $100 fine. We refused to pay that, and they decided to only charge an additional $10 a night and we could stay our last night. We offered to leave & they would absolutely not refund the last night of our stay. We will NEVER stay here again.
It makes a dive look like a castle.
I also know that they made another room leave because they had a dog with.
