    Not good

The grounds were clean and pretty but our room was dirty! I wiped up a small water spill on the floor and the towel was filthy afterwards. The light fixture in the bathroom was missing the cover and was very dirty. Pass.

    Great Hotel For The Price!

I am rating this a 5 for this price range. Beyond our expectations for sure. For price I was not expecting a 4 seasons. If that’s what you want pay more. We were passing through and booked this because we just needed a rest from driving. We stayed in a king room. It had a larger “small” refrigerator with a tiny freezer slot and a microwave. The floors are laminate which was great with a dog! Bedding looked new and updated. Room was quiet and we never heard anyone upstairs or outside. First night for our dog staying in a hotel and she slept great. Air conditioner made some noise when we first turned it on but it seemed to stop making the noise after it ran for a bit. Water was hot in shower and easy to adjust the temp to desired. Spacious enough for our medium sized dog crate. Breakfast options were great and fresh. Can make your own waffles and have cereal, eggs and sausage. Would highly recommend! For breakfast and dog fee included we were at half price to the neighboring hotels and happy we booked here to save that money.

    Not great

The staff were nice. But our room smelled bad, and the door to the outside didn't shut completely. The room also faced the freeway so it was pretty noisy.

    Great place!

My reactive dog and I were on a road trip from Boston and spending the night in Knoxville. This place was BY FAR the best place we've stayed while traveling together. It's a budget hotel, so nothing fancy, but when traveling with my dog, that's ok! :) The room had wood floors, so no worries if there was an accident since we were in a new place. The rooms for dogs are on the corners, so one less neighbor to worry about. I called an asked for a ground floor room, and they happily accommodated. For dogs with reactive behaviors, this place was especially great because it opened right to the sidewalk, so there was no hallway/lobby to negotiate. I brought a fan to create some white noise, but it really wasn't too loud. I'd stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!
