    Great location and pup friendly

Hotel was a bit away from where we usually stay but within walking distance to many things. There is a nice big grass area up front for pups to go potty and run off leash if you trust your dog. Rooms were normal size: we had 2 queen bedroom, not a ton of room to play but enough to be comfortable. Can walk dogs all through hotel and long hallways for a quick sprint.

    Terrible Service

While the accommodations were fine for our dog, and there is a nice park for him to take a quick walk, the service was terrible and they are working understaffed. The directions take you to first street, but the parking is off second street. When we got checked in, they gave us a room which was already occupied. Then, they gave us another room and I went to the bar for a quick beer. There was one person for the whole bar/restaurant. I waited 20 minutes and left since I had not yet been helped.

    Stay away!

Call ahead to see if staff has returned!

Great location... nice area out in front of hotel for ‘Fido’ but ....apparently the staff hasn’t returned so service is below par at what I would expect from a Sheraton. In a double room you would expect 4 sets of towel, right? There were only 3 and they were so put out when I requested a 4th set. No bell service and only 2 carts available for that HUGE property. Carrying a crate and ALLLLLL of our stuff was a huge setback when we arrived. BE AWARE at nighttime it was a little scary to potty Fido. Dark, next to a busy road etc. This is the first time we’ve travelled with a pet so I’m now aware what to expect. Just be cautious if traveling alone.
Call to see if staff has returned ... may mean better service????

    Horrible Parking-broken truck windows

The hotel itself was fine. They have a specific floor for dogs which was nice. However, the parking situation is horrible. You either have to Valet your vehicle ($29/night) or you can park across the street in an unattended parking lot ($18/night). The night we stayed there, 4 vehicles were broken into...2 in the Valet lot and at least 2 in the parking lot across the street. The hotel claims no responsibility for any of the vandalism and offered no consolation or even assistance regarding what happened as they are apparently unaffiliated with the parking lot OR their valet service.

Essentially, if you want to stay at this hotel, I would not recommend bringing a vehicle with you as there is no safe parking option and the hotel doesn’t care to protect their customers.

Additionally, BringFido should provide an alert when booking if parking is not included in the cost of the stay.

    Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We have 2 dogs and one is 65 pounds so it is hard to find somewhere to let him stay especially without paying a fee. They also allow dogs to stay in the room in a kennel so we were able to leave them for a few hours while we did things they were not allowed to do. I would definitely stay here again!

    Just Ok

Pro: right off the freeway Cons: rooms we booked (one with a dog and one without) both had not been cleaned and were fairly gross. Also, they charge $20/night to self park in addition to the pet fee. Wouldn’t go back considering the price, we were pretty disappointed.

Located right off of route 40. Staff is pleasant and there is a park outside of the hotel. There is no pet fee. We had our 2 large dogs with us.

    Guest Review

We arrived to a trainer/ trainee fight, where the trainee informed the trainer that she didn't care and didn't have to put up with the trainers attitude because she had another job. The TRAINER stormed off not to be seen again thru our whole horrible experience. We booked our hotel thru BringFido so we assumed that they knew we had our pups with us... unfortunately we were sent to a room on the seventh floor which was a complete mess. I returned to the front desk with my pooch to get another room and was berated for have a dog on the seventh floor. I explained that I had booked thru BringFido and they should know I a dog. The trainee assigned another room on the appropriate " dog" floor (4th). So I returned to the 7 th floor disaster room to collect my things and my husband to move to our " dog assigned floor" only to find our key didn't work. I went back to the front desk to get a new key only to wait in line behind 4 other guests who also had key issues, only to be told by the trainee ,who was quitting, we shouldn't keep them by our credit cards because that would render them ineffective. We were comped a drink ( one drink) from the bar for our troubles. At this point we were too exhausted to hit the town so we ordered room service, which was good.... very expensive... but good. $135.00 for two meals ( one being a Cobb salad and the other ribs). I would definitely not recommend this hotel to ANYONE who has a dog, is extremely tired and wanting to relax or who wants to experience the amazing city of Memphis.

    Downtown Memphis

This was an excellent option for traveling with my pup. The hotel is gorgeous and they seem to love our pets. I sat at the bar with my dog and had a drink and she was relaxed and happy. The dog area is easily accessible from the front door. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

    Good, and Bad.

Good stay, don’t disconnect the fire alarm lol, hate that Beale Street, doesn’t allow dogs, even if they are in a baby carrier strapped to your chest, forgot paperwork at home. Thought it was illegal to as for it in the first place, had to leave my poor pup in the room for a few hours.

    Easy and accommodating

The hotel is close to the interstate, for easy access. There is also a small park just outside of the hotel. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

    Great location and service

We stayed at the Sheraton 2 nights with 2 dogs. We thought it was odd the pet floor is on the 4th floor, but it didn't cause any of problems getting out dogs outside. Turns out they really enjoyed riding in the elevator. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed something. There is a very tiny park right next to the hotel to walk the dogs in.
