No Problems having Dogs at the Hotel. Easy Access to take dogs outside. Sliding Doors really helped instead of going through the inside hallway as you can go directly to the Dog area. Front desk staff was wonderful and breakfast bar was good.

Pros: Nice hotel for dogs. Tile floor, sliding door right out to parking lot and grassy area. That’s 3 bones.
Good breakfast with real bacon, eggs, potatoes and Chobani yogurt, several juices, pancakes, etc. Cons: Dead ROACH in bathroom, living ants. Very old and outdated hotel that has been mostly renovated INSIDE but needs work. Sliding entry door had a jury rigged bar and weak latch. I’m not young and have stayed in many, many, hotels. This was my first and last Best Western. There is NO excuse for a dead cockroach. If it’s dead on the floor because they have exterminators then where is housekeeping? I have spent lots of time in tents working at international disaster sites (think typhoon, earthquake) so I’m not immune to roaches, rats, spiders, and much more. Very clean!! I enjoyed my stay here very much. Our dog enjoyed it too! The staff was very kind, nice amenities, comfortable, and a breakfast bar! I will definitely stay here again!

Some, not all, Best Western hotels accept dogs, for a modest deposit. $35 in this instance. For an economical night's stay, if on a road trip say, they make an ideal place to stop for the night. In this instance, the room was a decent size. The only problem (for me, not the dog nor my wife!) was the light shining outside, which the drapes failed to completely shade, but I am fussy like that.

1st floor rooms have direct access from your room to outside thru sliders. Super convenient. Good location, friendly check in, clean rooms. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff was so friendly and nice, they watched my dog while I got breakfast. I hardly heard a peep at night and was surprised when I saw all the dogs that had been there.

Needed a place to stay when we had an emergency in our home. This hotel was welcoming to our pup, allowed him to join us at breakfast, and offered him treats at the front desk. The pet-friendly rooms have a sliding door directly outside so it was easy to take him outside for walks. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if needed.
