Staff friendly and the rooms were comfy. Got bottom floor which was great with our little Shih Tzus. Breakfast is good too. Only downside was the poor shower water pressure.

Most everything was great for the hoomans and the dogs. But upon check-in we were informed that the "new policy" for dogs was to charge by the pound. Large dogs, over 40 pounds, $50 per night. I objected as this was not the quoted rate at the time of booking and they honored the original rate of $25 per dog. The pet relief area was smaller and out of waste bags but overall everything was good including the hot breakfast.

During my 1 night stay I moved rooms 3 times. The first room had a baby swimmer diaper pushed back under the sink. the only reason I saw it was because my dog wouldn’t stop sniffing under the sink. Second room bed had FAT fleas inside the bed sheets and the third room I woke up to dead fleas on top the comforter. My dog is treated so they probably bit her and died due to the vet medicine working. What’s worse though, is I booked through BringFido and when I got there to check in the front desk ma’am said they changed their policy to no pets but they let me stay anyways. They refunded my room stay but insist on keeping the $20 pet fea which is not right considering we slept with bugs. I would advise you and your animal(s) to stay elsewhere.

The beds were fantastic. After being on the road for 16 hours, we had a great night's sleep. The room was nice and they were very accommodating for our fur baby.

We had a first floor room. It was clean and looked like remodeled. Friendly staff and a designated pet area. Pet fee but rate was competitive with others. We would stay again!

Stayed in a newly remodeled room which was nice. With no pet fee and a designated potty area, this was a good place for an overnight stay. They're currently remodeling and breakfast wasn't good.
