- KimberlyJun. 17, 2022Worst hotel I’ve ever seen
There were several people doing drugs in the parking lot. One literally stumbled into our van and fell over when I parked to check in. We left immediately because of that and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and weed.
- StellaMay. 16, 2022Great location
Good location but other hotels nearby which you should consider first. Friendly front desk and comfortable beds, but the room felt unclean. Air conditioner did not work well and was very loud.
- BjMay. 8, 2022Ok
Unfortunately people do not pick up after themselves, which leaves trash all over. The front desk lady smiled and very welcoming. Guy behind the desk gave trash can sack liners to me for the walk pet area was out. Room floor was dirty and the 1 red wall made it seem dark.
- PeterFeb. 5, 2022Red Roof (Red Woof?) Inn Murfreesboro
We thought it was great hotel for pets. The only negative is that it does not have an elevator so we had to lug our dogs bed and items up a flight of stairs. If not for that, I would have given it a 5 bone review.
- TedNov. 4, 2021Very dog friendly
Reasonable rate and acceptable room.
- BrendaOct. 27, 2021Good service and fair price
The front desk was able to accommodate my request for a first floor room near an exit. Room was equipped with vinyl plank flooring, a refrigerator, and microwave. There is ample space outdoors to walk your dog. While the room has a slightly unpleasant smell, the price, service, and amenities made this a good experience for a one-night stay while traveling.
- LauraAug. 11, 2021Not bad at all for the price
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Wasn’t expecting much based on the price but the room was nice-clean, updated, comfy bed. The front staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not much to write home about but I’d rather pay less for the room and get breakfast somewhere else.
- CharlesJun. 19, 2021Great location
We stayed here for 1 night on June 16th. The room was clean, mattresses were fine and it was nice and quiet. Our 2 dogs had a place for walks and the breakfast was generous. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful-told us about a great Mexican restaurant nearby-Comino Real- and we got huge
servings of the best and freshest Mexican food we've ever had. - MarkApr. 28, 2021It was clean...
... but it was worn out and shabby. The room served the purpose but it was dreary and felt really low-budget. I’d keep looking...
- TimNov. 18, 2020Adequate
As of November 14 there is remodeling going on. Room was on second floor. Carry all of our luggage an dog stuff was a hassle. Our room was facing highway an it was noisy. Plenty of room to walk dog. Over all it worked out for us. Close to highway, gas stations an restaurant.
- VanessaJun. 29, 2020Clean/Friendly/Quiet/Safe
I like the location, it’s tucked away off the highway. Price is almost unbeatable. Room was clean, NO bugs found, an officer circles parking lot for safety and the front desk Sir was super friendly/informative. I was told rooms get treated monthly and that they are in the process of taking carpeting out for flooring. I travel south up to the Midwest often and this specific Red Roof is a halfway mark, I will continue to book here without hesitation!
- NicoleMar. 11, 2020Comfortable inside
The outside of the building had garbage and debris. Disappointing because the room and inside of the hotel was clean and cozy. Continental breakfast was a little light but sufficient
- KaycieNov. 1, 2019Friendly and efficient
The staff treated me and my dogs very well. Check-in was fast and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. My dogs have never stayed in a hotel before, and I was especially happy with how quiet everything was. I could not hear anything from the surrounding rooms, and it was relatively easy to calm my dogs and get them to sleep.
- RacheleMay. 5, 2019Very pet friendly
We were travelling with one blind and deaf dog. They placed us on the first floor right by the exit. Room was very clean and staff were great!

2 Night Stay - 1st Floor - Double Queen beds
I was in town for a dog show near by and saw a really good rate online ($92.87 a night - no pet fee), so I decided to book it. When we got there the staff was very friendly and checked us into our room. When we go into our room we noticed our mini fridge was missing. We called up the the front desk and they couldn't believe it was gone. They apologized and gave us 24/7 access the to employee fridge to store our food plus an additional $20 off a night for the inconvenience. They we're very friendly with our dogs and had plenty of grass areas for pottying them. Although we were close to the interstate you can hardly hear it and the street is also very quit despite a arcade/mini golf course a good distance behind it. The beds we're ok comfort wise and the room was a little musty but the staff is really what makes this place great!!
- RachelMore than a year agoSmell and bedding is horrible
They were very good about us having a large dog, but the whole hotel (worst on 1st floor) smells like pee and strong cleaning supplies. We were put in a room on the first floor but the smell got to be too gross so we asked to be moved and we were put in a room on the second floor. The smell was still there but not as strong. We ended up using our own pillows and blankets cause the beds had a moist feeling to them and we found many clumps of human hair in them. I ended up sleeping with my face in my blanket the whole night to avoid the smell. The breakfast was decent and the workers were very nice.
